Cold and wet, I spent the weekend up around Mt Rainer and Mt St Helens, and it was windy, cold and raining all weekend, but on the up side it kept eveyone else except the hunters out of the woods. Now I think I'm going to take a long hot shower and crank the heat up in my bedroom up. But really I li...

Some friends and I argued about this, me and another friend argued that fishing was a sport, the general feeling that it really wasn't, I still hold to fishing as a sport though. No judges, a life and death struggle, physically it can be very demanding, try fighting and landing a 80lbs halibut, or a...

Speaking as a person who hikes, camps, fishes, and spends as much time as I can in the woods I find it a very sad thought to lose all the wild places. However we have to use the natural resources in order to survive. There is a balance, and we need to find it, preservation is fine in some areas, lik...

Ok so as it stands now, I refused to settle, I'll be damned if I'll pay for something I didn't do, I'm looking into getting a local lawyer who specializes in civil cases, I have a friend with a degree in criminal law, but not in civil, but he's looking into lawyers in the area for me, he spends a lo...

Sorry about the lack of posting I was at the beach, I'm still not sure what to do, I'm leaning towards settling just to make it all go away, of course I then get angry that i'm backing down. Frankly it would be easier, and way less stressful simply to pay them. But at this point I just really need t...

Sure I can provide the hard drive I supposedly downloaded the movie too, that is if I hadn't already formatted it, and sold it to a friend, this was a few months before I even knew was going to be sued for it. Of course even if I did that they could claim I had destroyed the evidence on purpose to w...

This is my story, not something I found online. So a few months ago I got a letter in the mail from a law firm, stating that I had been caught downloading illegally. Now this of course was quite a surprise, considering that well I did download TV shows that I missed, and I also sometimes downloaded ...

How are you supposed to move out of public housing and get a mortgage when you only know you will have a steady income for 5 years and most likely nothing for quite a while after that? I've never been fired from a job for my performance, and have only quit 1 job, the longest i've ever worked at one...

52% (Dixie). Right on the Mason-Dixon Line The pacific Northwest doesn't have much of a accent I guess. As to the pop-coke issue, I recently went down to Baton Rogue, the first time I ordered food it went something like this. Employee: "Would you like something to drink?" Me: "A Coke ...

So today I spent 1 hour trying to get a hold of someone in our east coast office, little did I know she had decided to leave early for whatever reason, of course no on over there decided to tell me that. Yes I'm bitter. And frankly I agree that LA can slide into the sea, san fransico was neat, as is...

I was home schooled, I like to think it was a good thing for me. I've seen people come through the public school system fine, and I've seen smart people fail in public school, the same thing can be said for home school, I think it depends more on the child then anything else.
