Winter? What winter?
This last one doesn't count over here - we had two days of snow :(

Though we don't believe in spring until easter - we had 80cm of snow on an easter sunday some years ago - very hard work for the easter bunny then....

I just love Smaug - he's absolutely gorgeous :) My 13-year-old daughter and nearly all her friends are swooning wildly for Aidan / Kili  And my personal eye- (or better: ear-) opener was when I got hold of the DVD - after seeing the dubbed version in cinema - and watching the movie first time...

Well, when I looked, the name wasn't under inactive members, so she/he must have activated the account. Maybe wait a week and then move to tempnopost? the real question is - should we change the procedere and move the new members to tempnopost first and then to registered members, as soon as they re...

Just to report - it's over three weeks now and my dog's nearly back to normal.

She even walks downstairs again without hesitation. It took some work and my back is still aching, but it
was worth it.

That's so true, Sunny. And on my part I'm not quite ready to let her go yet. Anyway, she's a bit better - it seems to take her babysteps to recover. I can even tell that she thinks about going up the stairs, but I won't let her up to now. The bad thing about our house is that we've got many st...

It is the same over here - it has to be labelled. (My problem was that I had to look up how hydrogenated fats would be labelled over here. :P ) And that's what I found when searching a bit on the official Ferrero page (linked above): Ferrero products do not contain hydrogenated fats and, as a result...

there's always a jar of Nutella at my home. So here's the list: Sugar, vegetable fat, hazelnuts (13 % ), cocoa powder, skim milk powder ( 7,5 % ), soy lecithin and vanillin. 31 grammes fat on 100 grammes of Nutella..... and 56 grammes sugar on 100 g Nutella to be honest, I've never noticed that bit ...

Well, butchers over here sell raw minced meat to eat - beef tartare - and a lot of people like it. When they sell it the butchers say that you have to eat it the same day and are not to store it. My dad used to eat it a lot. Of course it is already spiced up and with onions, but you get it a...

Sunny, thanks for all that information about the geriatric diseases. Considering that we had a rather healthy dog for nearly 14 years, I guess that we'll have to get used to do some nursing now. I wouldn't have given her only raw meat, just, as Maria said, some spoons. Though I was looking for anoth...
