I'm angry that all the fascinating scientific stuff like time travel and other intriguing questions like the role of Dharma and Widmore were abandoned in favour of a saccharine "spiritual" ending. Bah. Another Battlestar Galactica. :( So that's why you didn't post anything on FB about it!...

If I call you "a mindless Europhile" who couldn't care less if every country in Europe ends up looking the same, will you suddenly like me more?

Patricia - you are reminding me a bit of the right in America that continually prophesize national destruction through the communist policies of Obama. "Dark ages" is surely going over the top.. are the tories planning to put the teaching of creationism back in the school syllabus? And why...

Better late than never.. :)

What do I think?

I think I like reading theories like that. But I've left making firm conclusions about anything in the past!

Um, Lidless, mind keeping those personal comments between the people involved? Thanks... You can't teach an old dog new tricks ;) Lidless, PM on its way. To be fair, I regret coming back to be contentious. I've moved on from needing the internet and probably should have kept it that way. I had a si...

When I read the BNP's policies, it's a shame they have the dark side that people have posted about, because I agree with the essence of most of them: IMMIGRATION - time to say ENOUGH! On current demographic trends, we, the native British people, will be an ethnic minority in our own country within s...

You have to admit though that those having eggs thrown at them are never viewed less sympathetically as a result of the act, if anything they gain from the protestors releasing anger in that way, so it should be advised against.

You have said a few times now that Griffin sounds a reasonable person in broadcasts. Well that is Griffin's whole strategy. A few warm words from a nazi and suddenly people give him the benefit of the doubt. Oh dear. I'm not certain how much evidence you want but here is some more. http://www.hopen...

If that were the case, what would people say about anti-abortion preachers, and pundits nicknaming a certain man "the killer"? I bet the Ku Klux Klan and the Nazi Party had some swell people in them, too. Sorry. If you're a member of an organization that espouses the kind of ha...

Iavas, I really hope you're trolling. However, I tend towards the rational so if I lost my job to a Pole I don't think I'd start foaming at the mouth and demanding that all Poles be expelled. I would not demand that. I would advocate moving to a work permit system with entry granted only for jobs h...

I looked at what Lidless posted. I've seen stuff like that before...on white supremacist sites. If I were a Brit, I'd be shitting myself in horror right about now, that anyone could take this seriously. What if you were a Brit who lost their job in favour of cheaper immigrants? For example there ar...

Firstly, Lidless, chill. I am not a "BNP Supporter". I am someone with no inclination towards supporting any of the big parties who just happened to hear the BNP leader being interviewed on the radio and thought he came off okay. That's it. I knew I would have to learn more but thought I'd...

If I call you a racist, will you still love me? love you? :Q Iavas, they are just a bunch of thugs in smart suits. Their recent minor successes will lead to some decent people being kicked to death in the streets. Sure, they have perfected the art of sounding reasonable. Vote UKIP if you have to bu...

Hello all, hope you've been well :) This might not mean too much to those in the US, but having listened to the leader of the BNP (British National Party) on the radio a couple of times now, most recently thismorning following their first ever European parliament seats: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk...

Well the son of the lady who owned the house before us still lives next door - so hopefully he'll know something about it.

Hi everyone, How are you all? :) I've hardly been online recently - most of my free time goes to working in our new garden. Well today I was removing some of this wooden decking we have. Whoever built it had pushed a lot of broken bricks and paving stones underneath it, and although I only removed t...

The show has sailed into the West :( I definitely appreciated it more the 2nd time knowing all the music - despite some dodgy acting by Gandalf and Galadriel, and the ents being tiresome. Brilliant performances by Frodo and Sam. Frodo's verse in "For Always" was delivered much more emotion...

Is anyone going to the final performance on saturday? I'm thinking of seeing if I can grab last minute tickets and get down there.
