Wow, such a lot of blossom. Just a thought, have you looked into finding out whether there's any companion plant you could grow that would attract predators to eat the aphids? Maybe chives or something similar?

Yep, it's a camellia. 'Tis the flowering season right now.

Yeah, it was pretty bad (122mph winds recorded off the isle of Wight) but nothing like the '87 hurricane! A few trees down but we were not really badly hit. My daughter's uni campus is without power so the students are being sent home today until it's back on.
