I just went into England to edit the notice regarding the vote being open, and I was given the option of turning the thread into a sticky.

When I tested it by starting a new thread (which I cancelled as soon as I got the dialogue box) I again got the option of creating it as a normal post or as a sticky.

Now, I don't mind having the POWA!! (which I promise to always use for good and never for evil ;) ) but it's probably got something to do with all those permission changes when the new group was created.

Do others have this POWA as well, or am I the unique owner of this lonely destiny?

Just thought I'd ask. You may want to turn it off, admins. :)

Impenitent as for ouy the individual permissions are not yet turned off, I rather think it's an individual glitch.

However I took the sticky powers away from you.

But if it was an error in the individual powers, you should have had sticky power all the time. :scratch

(LOL "sticky power" sounds like spiderwoman! :P )

The sticky power is an individual setting per forum per user, as I recall. Easy to tick it on ( or leave it on rather ) by accident for one user in one forum, I'm sure!

You can always go play on b77experiment, Imp. You can even create new members and then do unsavory things to them, ban them, restrict them to their room, post stickies about them. The possibilities are endless. .... :devil: ... not that such ideas would ever enter my head. :roll:
