Edit: If you feel you need a break, of course you're right to go, Imp, though you'll be missed.

But there's no need to go to "make room" if you'd rather stay. The committee size is flexible, and others have already left.

Anth, there are slots to be filled without any additional people having to leave.

If you're fed up, Impy, and want to rest from it awhile, that's a different matter, but you certainly don't have to leave.

erm.

What I meant was...as there are new people coming on board, the departures won't leave the team too sadly depleted.

Besides, really, truly, I haven't done much more than turn up late and parrot what others have said and chime in "me, too" on occasion. It's an embarrassment, actually, getting acknowledgement for just hanging around with the right people.
