Here are the links with my recommendation as to where the thread belongs.

Regarding all those TOE polls, I was mistaken about the absence of activity in those threads. Where there is only one reply, there are nevertheless multiple votes recorded. So I sugggest we move them locked to the History forum because they had to do with committee deliberations on an amendment to the charter.

The other threads - Suggest we:

Reminder that the threads were placed in Deleted Thread Storage before we had a policy regarding thread deletion. Things were placed here mainly for cleanup, not for privacy (except the arbitration thread) and there's no point in leaving them here now that we have a policy.

The members will have to vote on the deletions, so I would appreciate Ranger input first on these two questions:

1. Should I move the threads to a place where members can read them before voting to delete them, or just describe their contents? Some have invite stuff in them and should not be put in public view again but others are just ... meh ...

2. If the threads that can be viewed should be viewed in your opinion, where's the best place to do that?

Call me lazy, but why do we need to worry about it? They are swept under the bed, so to speak. Not bothering anyone. Why bring it up?

Lazy!

Someone has to do it eventually. There's not supposed to be anything in DTS except hearing threads with their expiry dates attached.

We can leave it for someone else. Or we can just do it.

You don't have to read all those threads, btw, as long as you don't mind trusting my judgment. Just ... if there's any whose post count makes you suspicious that they might be in the wrong category, read them and make a decision.

Working late again ... I'm thinking that the threads that contain comments about invitations can be deleted without consulting the membership because we already took a vote on this and the threads in DTS were simply overlooked. Same story with the one thread that uses an RL name and has 0 replies. Our privacy policy allows us to delete that.

So the only threads at stake are the seven threads with one-sentence
Q&A's in them.

Also, as mentioned in the 'Up to Date' thread in this forum, the expiry date on the arbitration thread has expired and I'm going to delete it. But I will send a PM first to everyone who posted in that thread to alert them that their post count is going to go down due to an upcoming deletion.

OK, PM's went out to all threadstarters yesterday.

The three threads that would have been deleted when the Invite forum was deleted if someone had remembered that they were there - are now deleted.

All the other others have been locked and moved either to the business room or to forum management depending on topic.

The DTS forum is now cleared as much as it can be at the present time.
