Yes, I do remember voting.
I think what has happened is that, after some time of practical application, we can see areas that could be tweaked. That process is difficult, however, and that is another problem, imo. I mean, it shouldn't be
too easy, but it shouldn't be as difficult as passing a US Constitutional amendment either.
But I do know how hard everyone worked on the charter, and it has proved very useful time and time again. So it's not that the charter sucks or needs to be scrapped or whatever. I wouldn't vote for that.

I would support implementing some more flexibility in it and perhaps a bit more (just a bit!) power for the rangers. So much of the charter was written in direct reaction to the arbitrary and unfair bannings at TORC. That has hindered the rangers from being able to do some things that, from time to time, would've been wise for the board as a whole.
(As you can tell, I'm being very frank here. Beyond caring!)
But that's just my opinion.
