Jude, I think there was at least one other time that it was down this long. I had hoped that since we had not had any problems at all since January we were in good shape, but this is not good.

Voronwë got a confirmation that his ticket had been received, but it was not from mxhub.com; it was from oogeoo.com. Anyone know anything about that? He hadn't heard anything about the service changing hands.

It appears not.

ETA: It appears to be just a change in name and not a whole new company. Still don't have a warm fuzzy feeling, however. Have not gotten a response to the ticket yet. It is unfortunate that I was both out of town and mostly out of touch for two days, but it is what it is.

Unfortunately not.

Can't access it at all...still down.

Put everyone that has access on high alert - take a backup the moment it comes up again.

Having multiple backups on hand is better than having none.

I'm going to be checking at least hourly and will do a backup immediately if I get on.

I'm the only other admin who's able to be on the board much.
