I think Impenitent has made the exact right point here:
There are no personalities involved in the constitutional voting.
And the very nature of the process is that it is an ongoing discussion, and open exchange of ideas.
I really like having the non-secret ballot for constitutional matters. For admin elections and such, of course ballots must be secret.

Man alive, you have a lot of minions. You're going to have to designate one to supervise the others, I think. I've found this to be true from my experience with my army of monkeys. I recommend putting vison in charge of the others.
