The Outside Forum was created last night by Estel, but right now I'm the only one who can see it. Bwa-ha-ha I have teh Powah!

Seriously, Estel set up three forums "Outside" and right now I'm writing the stickies for them, based on the discussions that took place and have now died down in Resolution of Disputes Among Members

When I've edited in the stickies I'll ask Estel to open the forum so that everyone can see what's there. I welcome all your comments as to changes and tweaks you want me to make. PLEASE, though, make those comments in THIS THREAD. I've posted a link to this thread in each sticky.

The new forum is so clean and new  I want to keep it pristine for its intended use, and have this thread for the discussion of any changes you would like to see before we have a GRAND OPENING CEREMONY, complete with nekkid virgins dancing on lutefisk and Breogan annointing each of us with the sweat of the hand that touched Viggo Mortenssen. :D

Grrrrr....

How come I can't see it then, if others can?

Come on, open it up already, Jn!!!

I can't wait to get in a fight with someone and take it OUTSIDE.

I'm thinkin' maybe Iavas or Halplm. They can be pretty ornery when they want to be.

I think I'll go find Iavas and tell him PJ sux. That should do the trick. =:)

indeed... you could start competing threads, one "PJ sucks" and one "PJ rules" and we'd both try and simultaniously agree with you, and take you down... thus causing you to expload... leaving us with only one Fara*...

:P

It pains me that if we put Hal and Iavas in a thread together and told them to go after each other, they'd sit down companionably side by side and talk about Phantom.

How on Earth are we going to road test this thing? The culture around here is dreadful for that. In the month I've been here, most disagreements I've seen have ended in hugs. In hugs! I have news, people: Mr. Rogers is dead!

Great idea hal --- I love exploading :D Of course at some point you two would realize it was more fun to argue with each other, and that I was just a middleman.

Prim --- I think our culture of "Mnr. Rogers" may change when we get some more Manwe people in here.

(Say, Prim, which lizard is you?)

:bawl: Of course you're right, Holby.

Some friends of mine went to church with him when they lived in Pittsburgh, and they said he helped with the Sunday School and really was exactly what he appeared to be on television: kind and gentle and loving.

Now I'm going to Hell, too. :bawl:

Edit: I'm the glamorous one in front, of course, hogging the camera.

I don't actually remember my last argument with Iavas...

It's kind of a thing of the past really, I think on the Movies, each of us has said all we can say, and that's really the only thing we disagree on... which is really wierd...

[derail]

As unlikely as it may be, I have always been a fan of Mr Rogers. Yes I know I am ascerbic, sarcastic, sceptical, bawdy, evil etc...but I have always thought he was a special person.
It takes someone really unique to do what he did, and live the type of life he did. Sure he was namby pamby, but I have always held him in my highest esteem. The world lost a true friend with lots of insight when he passed away. We could use more people like Fred Rogers around. The world would be much better off.

But Anth, I thought this was B77 where we were, like, free and everything. A skirt?

*sigh* My next pic will be less offensive to your delicate sensibilities, I promise.

(And I miss Mr. Rogers, too.)

Yes, even a thread in business can be turned into a silly chat thread.

Anth--

Human spellchecker? The only words I spellcheck are 'raccoon' and 'the'.

And I'll have you know I am a wisebutt, not a wiseass.

Nice ears, by the way, but it looks like there's a bunch of shimmery green gunk coming out of them. I think you might have an infection or something. Seeing as how they're pony ears, you might want to see a veterinarian for that.

And "exploading", I think. :P

It's a green FORELOCK, city boy. Forelock? The longish pony hair growing out of a pony forehead?

And don't ask why it's green. I wanted purple, but 10 8-year olds can get ROUGH when they're competing. :Q

Prim? Not THAT free, sugah. :P Although I think they have a special forum around here for... ummm... folks that like to share?

:horse:

How about a towel? A towel would work... :P

I'm done.

Aaaaaaagh! That took forever. I've pm'd Berhael and Estel that they can open that forum to everyone -- any other admin who happens to be around and sees this post is welcome to do it too.

Please use the linkies to carry the discussion here - I vacuumed and everything before I left the forum and anyone who puts muddy footprints there will answer to me. Grrrrrr. Or, as Wilma would say, Frrrrrrell.
