ahem - clean SHAVEN is good. Stubble rash is BAD. I do agree there. Hairy should be on the chest and such

And it should go down the pecs, fuzz down the centre of the belly, downdowndown, and preferably not wrap around the back :P

There - more than you ever wanted to know about what turns me on. :P And I prefer black chest hair, too. Blonde or red is a bit ... ick.

I know!!

I have a weird impression of many red-headed men because of people like Eric Stoltz, Jason Flemyng, Michael C. Maronna, and Damian Lewis. They're always doing gross things in their movies or being naked or ugly. *shrugs*

Well, I never need to worry about *E* coming after me, then...unless she's carrying wax.

I'll echo the comment about dancing...but in particular, belly dancing? What does the rest of the world view that as? Here it's considered pretty darn provocative...

And are you all telling me the U.S. is the only place with strip clubs? Or is that different...

Strip clubs in my area have a bad name. A REALLY bad name. Richmond Hill's most infamous dive, the Richmond Inn finally got put out of business a few years ago. It took the efforts of FIVE police forces, including the RCMP to do it!

The b****rd that owned the place broke just about every law going.

- he watered the beer,
- he imported girls from other countries, who were virtual slaves, as a result of not having proper immigration papers, and not speaking English
- he used his premises as a brothel as well as a strip joint
- he served alcohol to minors
- drunks from his joint would wander the sidewalks, and piss in the war memorial on the other side of the street
- he owned a total of 5 clubs in York Region. He used to own a second one in the north end of town, and he allowed the Hell's Angels to just about take it over as their headquarters. The town managed to close it down.

And those are JUST the violations I know about! Whenever he got 'busted' for one of them, he'd be back in business a few days later. Rumor was that he was VERY 'well connected' which no doubt means ties with organized crime, probably the Mafia (since he was Italian).

Nice neighbour, eh? And all this, right on Yonge St., in the centre of town!

:rage: :x

So, if I don't feel too kindly towards strip clubs, now you know why!

Lol, no worries, never been to one, not planning on it...just curious if they were everywhere. I guess stripping is more sexual than just getting unclothed...

Jae...yes, bellydancing is considered provocative...as I'm sure Steve can attest to...

Belly-dancing is only considered provocative because it's outside your cultural norm. I love it! Did it while I was pregnant (supposed to be very good for all those supportive muscles), contined doing it right to this day, and encouraged all the women who came to my ante-natal classes to do it too.

As for strip clubs - there's a place up the road and round the corner from us, I've driven past it for the last 3 years and wondered what it was. Lookded like a night clube of some sort, all the windows painted sleek black...found out only a couple of months ago it's a strip club. Incredibly discreet, I must say.

Imp, it's good that you can talk to your kids about sex. The first "sex ed" we had was in year 6 (I was... Hmm.... My maths is baaad... LOL. Aha! I was 11 :P.) and all I really remember was this little movie thing which showed a family walking around in the buff so you could see what peoples "bits" looked like, and a little film of a woman giving birth.

I don't think anyone should have to watch someone give birth if they don't feel compelled to do so. There is nothing pleasant about it IMO. Oh sure, it's a beautiful sight of a new child being brought into the world... Oh bullshit :P. I have enough pain popping out one cell, I am definitely not planning on popping out a whole child any time soon ;). Especially not after seeing that show :|.

And I think the next proper sex ed we got (which wasn't just the scientific facts about HOW a baby is made) was when we were 15. A bit fucking late! Lmao.

And I have no idea if there are any strip clubs around here because all the girls look like they stepped out of a brothel, whether or not they did though....

(Aaaags talking)

Bellydancing provocative?? When a friend of mine turned 22 his parents hired a bellydancer, and she basically wanted everyone to join. I don't see anything provocative to it. No nudity, no really suggestive movements. And it just looks cool. Sensual, not sexual, mind.

Then again, that friend of mine has a porn collection that rivals with any erotic shop...

At 48, I still belly dance, and it is definitely not provocative to anyone but but my hubby.

I like bellydancing, it's very good to get the abdominal muscles moving, and to keep the waist flexible. I have lower back problems (one of my discs is prone to slipping), so I have to be careful, but strenghtening the muscles in the area is a good idea.

And like Ags, I can find it sensual, but not sexual. Tango, for instance, or lambada (couple-type dances with lots of very close physical contact) seem much more provocative to me. :)

EDIT because I've lost all control of my grammar today.

Unlike my spelling huh *sniff*

Glad to see I am not alone in finding belly dancing not very sexual. Very funny though :LMAO:

Din - I don't even mind bad spelling much

But in a thread title where I read it a zillion times my dormant anal genes just wake right up ;)

Oh, tango!  It just sizzles! I love to tango!

I wish my beloved would consent to learn, but he just giggles at my every attempt to teach him :rage:
