I'd say for me it depends on what the decision is to be on. Very often I simply don't know what I want, no matter how often I look at the pros and cons.
With the decisions here, I don't find it too hard to imagine what I'd be comfortable with and what not - the problem is finding the option that comes closest to that among all the different ideas. So I also find myself supporting a lot of different views at the same time.
And, Ro, you may not have noticed, but you tend to come up with some bloody convincing stuff yourself!
I don't think you are only repeating stuff you've found here and there. And contradicting yourself just means you can see both sides of a question.
