Apparently, just thinking you are getting enough exercise is enough to make you lose weight!

I hereby withdraw any and all weird alternative medicine recommendations that I have made in the past. My success with them was probably *just* the placebo effect. Not that they didn't work, but it was probably my belief in them that caused my body to cure itself.

Reality is malleable.

I've cried a thousand oceans, and I would cry a thousand more if that's what it takes to sail you home.

That's why nothing ever works for me, I am always waiting for the axe to fall. :P

I don't think it's reality that is malleable, but rather our perceptions of it.

((Which was kind of what the study is supposed to have proved, right? ))

Well...
When I want to lose weight, all I have to do is think about it and visualize how I want to look and it happens with very little effort. I do believe that our reality is malleable.

It also works for muscle gain, if I remember correctly. There was a study that showed just thinking of straining a muscle as hard as you could would increase muscle a few years ago.
