I thought of posting it in the youtube thread, but I was hoping to get more feedback:



It is fascinating and heartening to see how far we've come in the last 200 years. And he seems very optimistic about the future.

What do you think?

I do think it's pretty neat!

Overall stats show an upward trend; not to be a downer (ha!) or anything, but all kinds of things could happen to reverse that. So I'll just enjoy the upward trend while it's here, and do whatever I can to make sure it stays on that path. :)

Check the volume control in the youtube player - it's just to the right of the "play" button in the lower left corner. I've often accidentally set it to "mute".
