(For all those who know Norwegian...)
Several lip readers have been asked, with these results:
Materazzi said he hoped Zidane's family would die "an ugly death" - and he accused Zidane of doping when he played for Juventus.
The Sun's lip reader wrote: |
"We all know you're the son of a terrorist whore"
"Your sister's a whore."
When Zidane offered to switch shirts with Materazzi after the game, he got the answer, "I'd rather take the shirt off your wife."
Zidane understands Italian well after his years in Juventus, and according to Frere, the whole thing began when Materazzi said that a high ball was not for a «fecchia» (a strong insult in Italy) like Zidane.
Zidane first only laughed at the whole thing, then Materazzi pinched his nipple.
- Don't you like it? he asked.
- A little too hard to make me excited, Zidane replied.
Materazzi kept on:
- Well, I did it that way because I know that's how your mother likes it.

Let's hear what Zidane himself has to say, shall we..?
