Just watched this with Oz. What a gem of a movie. Loved it.

We're watching it again right now. Very cute!

We also just recently watched How to Train a Dragon. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it! The main guy's voice is incredibly annoying, but I loved the dragon. I want one! <sighs wistfully>

I love both of those movies! Especially How To Train Your Dragon. My friend got me a stuffed Toothless for Christmas, and when you shake it he makes the Night Fury sound.

Yes, but it hurts too much. I really get too caught up in these things, and I'm okay with that if I can "grieve" privately. But I hate to get caught off guard, and then be an emotional mess in front of everyone. It's why I always want to know who dies in a movie that I'm viewing with my family or friends. Then I can steel my heart against it. Most people seem to just deal with it and move on--"Oh, that was so sad! Let's go get a hamburger!"--but it lingers for me (if I've grown attached to a character). This is especially true if the sad part (or disturbing part) involves a child or an animal.

It's sort of the same with disturbing movies. That sense of horror or evil lingers with me, and I have a hard time shaking it. So I typically avoid these kinds of movies or even books.

I guess I have issues.
