I don't feel competent to vote on this issue - moreover today is a holiday here, and it may be in other European countries, so please give the Europeans some time.

Nin- I did not realize it was a holiday in Europe.

The Europeans missing at this point are Leoba and Din, and Leoba has been out of town, expecting to return today.

It might be that we reached a simple majority without their votes, but if we did not, I will leave the votes open until tomorrow mid-afternoon in Europe. I haven't tallied the votes yet but will do so in a few moments and hold the vote open for the last European if necessary.

Ok, we do have both a quorum and a simple majority on this vote as well, so I will close the vote.

VOTING IS NOW CLOSED

16 people were counted as available to vote; 14 voted or vocally abstained.

Results:

Question 1:
A= 5
B= 8
abstain = 1

Question 2:
A= 11
B= 2
abstain =1

Question 3:
A= 13
B= 0
abstain = 1

I will put approved text in the first post momentarily
