Ok - we do not have a simple majority on one of the question, and Nin tells me it is a holiday in Europe. So I will send an email to Leoba and Din and let them know that this thread will remain open until tomorrow early afternoon GMT, so that they can vote.

Nin, are you abstaining on all four of these votes, or just on the ¶4 vote?
