Now Sassy can have her dream... a constant company of Rangers to frolic with at will.

Voted... I like the Ranger thing. I do wish we'd seen a few more scruffy Rangers though. I always wanted to know what Halbarad looked like. Maybe they could have pulled in Gerald Butler for him.

Voted .. definitely like the concept of rangers and it would bring in people from other communities who also have the idea of rangers .. eg Bab 5 :)

( And I think the explanation of why "Rangers" should be public somewhere, in FAQ or whatnot, to tell new members exactly what we are about, here :)

*sigh* voted (but at least I'm not entirely alone in my "no" vote this time -- in spite of the fact that I prefer that b77 retain explicit connections to JRRT/LOTR, it's just a bit too geeky for me, and it would be nice to have admins at b77 that would counter-act by example the otherwise negative connotations of the term "admin")

Yeah, it would be nice, but all you've got is us. ;)

And laureanna, that doll is me to the life.

We've got a quorum on this one, too. :D

Thanks to everyone for being so diligent. I'm actually glad to see a significant amount of "No" votes. It shows that people are paying attention and not just rubberstamping. :)

It's 39, Faramond.

It was decided through discussion back at the beginning of the constitution process—I believe it represents a certain percentage of members as of a particular date who had ever posted, but I no longer recall the details.

I believe the exact method of figuring it is on the agenda to be settled after we open. 39 was just for ratification of the charter.
