Friends, my first post says:

We will vote until Monday, June 5, 11:59 pm GMT so that ratification discussion can begin on Tuesday

The vote will indeed stay open until midnight in Europe, but as of this moment we have 10 in favor of giving both the article and the 2005 goals to the members for ratification. The remaining 3-4 votes cannot change that result.

I am going to start the discussion thread in the Business forum now, only so that I don't have to hang out at my computer making sure I don't miss midnight in Europe and accidently delay the ratification.
