*stops twiddling his thumbs*

Oh, we were supposed to be doing it METAPHORICALLY?

(You need to be more explicit in this memos.)

That makes plenty of sense, Alandriel. There's no point in getting this moving stuff ready if we actually aren't moving.

I just wish I had time to look properly into how to incorporate B77. I just now had a quick browse on the net and checked how it could be done to make B77 into a properly registered Club, a non-profit company.

Perhaps someone with more time on their hand could look into this better than I can. Most of it can be done online ...

IF registered in the UK, we need at least 2 people (who then will only have limited liability, typically £ 1.-) plus a membership. Fees for this type of company range from £50.- to £100.- , depending from with site the info is bought, e.g.
Clubs & Associations
Another online registrar

I don't know about registering in any other country or offshore though... and I'm afraid currently I can't devote the time for intensive research

:( sorry - real life has shoved enough responsabilities and tasks on my plate as it is

Alandriel, that makes perfect sense. If people want to get this started, of if someone wants to take charge, I can post a global announcement, get vote/actual discussion going, etc.

Here is the thread at phpbber support.
