Emails sent. Just a question. Why are the Rangers using the Mayor email account to send welcome emails?

Because the Mayor is the one doing the welcoming. The mayor would send the emails, but I don't have access to all the email addresses. So the rangers have to send the emails for the mayor....at least for right now.
