Just because I am all deranged and twisted like most of you nutjobs, doesn't mean I want to see a young, sweet, loveable girl become one of us. I mean can't there be one normal person around here?

I took the stars from my eyes, and then I made a map, And knew that somehow I could find my way back; Then I heard your heart beating, you were in the darkness too - So I stayed in the darkness with you

Wouldn't I be considered normal?!

Soon you will see
All of your fears will pass away
Safe in my arms
You're only sleeping

I've cried a thousand oceans, and I would cry a thousand more if that's what it takes to sail you home.

Just taking a trip down memory lane and found this

Scary to think Nyah was only a few months when I was last really active here :( Missed you all so much - are any of those who posted still around I wonder??

Whats even more scary is the tribe has grown from 1 to 3 now and my little babies are no longer little babies! (No more though, 3 is PLENTY hahaha)

xxx

Yes, I was never a fan of this not-seeing-people-for-almost-a-decade-at-a-time thing. ;)

Wow, though. Crazy congratulations on the new babies I missed!

It has been too long hasn't it. I am still getting used to the idea of you now being a mum of three!

I think most people are about somewhere on the internet, just not so much here. It does feel as though a few ex-TORCers/B77ers are being rounded up via Facebook this week though. :D

I am a slow but constant poster. Facebook has a lot to answer for in sucking people away from private message boards and I am as guilty as anyone in submitting to the seduction.
I still think of this as my home though.

I think of this as my Tolkienish home. I'm happy to attempt to dabble back in RP at TORC but am not inclined to linger and chatter there. With the Hobbit movies coming out, this will almost certainly be where I come to swoon over Thorin and complain about changes to the beloved book.

I am guilty of being suckered away by Facebook, but also by the demands of combining motherhood and a full-time job. My internet home has been a parenting forum for the last 2 and a half years. There's only so much chatting about nappies one can do though! :Q

Can I ask which forum that was/is? I think I'm a member of most of them ;) x

b77 is my home, but the traffic has slowed down considerably. I enjoy HoF quite a bit, too, and think of it as my second home.

And some of us are still active lurkers, though I suppose we are a little more difficult to keep track of :)

It's complicated! It's a sub-forum of a spin off of the Lush international forum. I also post/lurk on Natural Mamas. And I lurk (only ever lurk, because it's scary) on Mumsnet AIBU!.
