I'm still around now and again. Off sick from work today and pootling all over the place.

Good luck for the wedding Nin. I do hope you'll share photos. I am really really thrilled for you, you know. :D

Eari - keeping everything crossed for you two to get work over in Europe. It would be brilliant to see you more often. We're off the France next month for 3 weeks; heading down south to the Pyreenes and Carcassone and I can't wait!

So - who's still around?

Echoes bounced off the myraid corners of the Orphanage, rattling the Bonsai Ents and rousing Puff Dragon Dog from deepest slumber

Get this: I have just made my first RP post on TORC since 2007. Okay, it was only a teeny tiny one-paragraph jobby in the Bards' Guild but all the same, I felt it merited marking with a glass of virtual bubbly, even if I am home alone in here!

It's wonderful seeing all the post-Oxford-Moot activity on Facebook in the past week. IT's definitely inspired me to start posting again, here and there. :D :D :D

I come upon a large Oak door, the stone carved sign hanging above it looked weatherbeaten and the iron lock was orange with rust. A quick rummage in my cloth bag reveals a large iron key, ''I wonder ......'' I put the key into the lock and give it a turn. Aha! It moves and there is a loud CLICK, I push open the door and walk in .........

Hellooooooooooo?!

Wow, I've missed doing that hahaha!

Missed this fella too :horse:

Thought I'd better check back in as I'm sure with all the 'events' at work at the moment I will need some sensible ears to stop me hurting someone =:)

A blanket shifts on the floor, sending a cloud of dust accross the room.

Something farts, there is the noise of furtive scratching, yawning and grumbleing.

Suddenly, the blanket flys aside and a large demented looking dragonic head blinks sleeperly in the light after a very long sleep.

"Right lads, enough of this resting malarkey," said a wooden little voice "Wev'e got stuff to do". and Captain sharpy of the 95th Bonsai ent rifles dusted off his jacket, kicked Sagent Herpies awake, and poked 'Arris, Cuuuper and Pipkins awake.

"Were back!"

Sergeant Herpies?! *snerk*

"Get down! Get off me you foul-breathed monster" squealed Leoba, as Puff Dragon-dog leaped onto her lap and started licking her face in over-excited fashion.

You know, dusting off my Tolkien books makes me miss my old 'Leoba' avatar. I am not going to pay to display it in the 'other place'. Maybe I should switch it here?
