It's certainly possible.

But could you really see him as a Romeo? Cute? Yes. Adorable? Yes. Swoon-worthy Italian drama queen? Not so much.

:Duck: : O Wooper, Wooper! wherefore art thou Wooper?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I'll no longer be a weird duck.

:Wooper: I take thee at thy word:
Call me but love, and I'll be new baptized;
Henceforth I never will be Wooper.

:suspicious:

Psyduck does have the sweet-but-ignorant-damsel-in-distress Juliet look though. :D

Definitely.

:Duck: : Oh no! I'm almost 13 and NOT HAD MY HEART BROKEN YET? This is so not okay. I am going to meet some random guy and kill myself over him after only three days because I am STUPID and need to get as much angst into 5 acts as is humanly possible.

(I'm not a fan of R&J. Can you tell?)

Oh please.

Psyduck represents woman's inhumanity to man.

Can't you see he has a headache from all of the chattering? :P

Can't you see Psyduck's left foot raised in exasperation with her oblivious husband? :P

Hey look girlie. I played the game. Psyduck has a headache. A sever headache. That can only be caused by a woman nagging.
Pore pore psyduck.

Mossy, I just finished reading through "Romeo & Juliet" and I was surprised to find I liked it! I always thought it was pretty cut & dry... we can't be together so we die, but there was so much more to it! :D

Perhaps you should have another go when you turn 33 like me! ;) :P

Maybe, Cem. Maybe. Perhaps 15 just isn't the right age for it. ;) The language is beautiful, I grant you, but everyone is so bloody idiotic.

Juliet, for instance. The girl is 12. She meets this guy and instantly decides that she cannot live without him. (Remember, she's 12. Probably first guy she's ever fallen in love with.) THEN, her parents give her the chance to leave him or just plain leave. So she has the option of leaving. And then, she decides to run away (an option she has been given *by her parents*, but instead she's going to fake her own death. And she's going to "kill" herself by falling into a plothole.

That play makes me angry. :rage: I'll stop now.

Hee hee!

Normally I would agree... I don't know why, but I really got caught up in the story this time around! I had a little audience of dogs & cats too! Only one who would have sided with you is Duke... I believe I heard snoring after the 2nd act! :LMAO:

Perhaps you do need to mature some. ;)

Probably no more so than real life... if we look close enough! ;) :D

I was pretty idiotic at 12.

Heck, I'm probably still pretty idiotic. At least that's how I've been feeling lately, anyway. :(

12 is just a bad age...

Lali, don't say that! You have more sense than I could ever hope to have!

Lali, you're not idiotic at all.

Although I think 12 is just a generally idiotic age, Juliet really takes that cake and all of the ice cream, too.

I'm glad I had the chance to introduce some of you to Pogo.

Anybody know "Fred" by Rupert Fawcett? You can't get those books here, maybe they thought it was such a uniquely British style of humour that it wouldn't travel well. I disagree...

The only Fred books I have are the ones I picked up while living in Edinburgh. I'll be restocking my collection this April :D

Jude, I have never seen Fred before. :Q

I love Fred.  Fred has entered my heart and nestles there like a fawn on the sun-dappled forest floor. Like a puppy nestled in my slipper and a kitten snuggled under my chin.

And making me sneeze and wheeze, but I love them too much to put them down.

That kinda thing.

Please post more Fred. :D

Please.

:LMAO: That was a good one - I'll go through my books when I get home and post it.

Do you have any Fred books, Alatar?
