Cold. I've had to de-frost the car windscreen for the past two mornings.

The forecast is -4 tonight. Brrrrr....

It was 25F (-4 C) here last night. We had a fire going, and boy did the cat appreciate it! :) She was still sitting right next to the wood stove in the morning, even though it was only marginally warmer than the rest of the house.

It is really nasty and cold here as well. It is now colder than it was this morning!! :Q

I have my house all nice and warm from doing laundry and cooking soup, the thermostat is actually set on 58 degrees F, but our temp inside is a nice 66 degrees. Outside, it is 30 F, and the wind chill makes it seem more like 20 F.

BRRRR!!!

Ditto Watcher's post, except it's like, 60 in our house. My little dog keeps giving me imploring looks so I'll pick her up and she can sleep on my lap, where it's warm.

I saw snow flurries earlier when I looked out, but they seem to have stopped now...I hate winter.

So yov, how would you feel about company? :D

Yesterday was a very pleasant 65F (18C). Today was a little bit cooler. It was wet and overcast, but it still warmed up to about 55F (13C).

Although I hate cool weather because I have absolutely no body heat, one thing that I love about fall is looking at the sky. It is the most brilliant blue, which contrasts so beautifully with the changing leaves.

Considering it's still in the 70's and supposed to be 85 on Monday, I'm feeling extrodinarily confused about the weather. *permantly packs parka away* :D.

Sends bad vibes TM's way.....

I will think about you during the Santa Ana winds, the mudslides, the earthquakes, the brush fires, and the smog alerts. :P:P

And, I hope that your water and electric bills suck. So there. :D:D

Great! :) It's -5C outside, the sun is shining and there's a thin layer of snow on the ground. Happy-happy. :)

Oh it'd be all right if we had snow. :D Then we'd have a really good chance of being stuck up our road/at the bottom of the hill/the trains being cancelled.

. The oh-so-intelligent person who took out the solid-fuel stove and put in a combi boiler in our house, didn't think to replace the heating source that the stove had been. So we haven't got a proper fire.:( And at the moment we have no heating in our living room (or in fact downstairs at all, except for the bathroom).... another month before we get a radiator installed!

weather here makes me feel blue as hell. And cold

Freezing everything off when I am waiting in freezing winds for that bloody train to roll in at 7 am while the announcer keeps telling my my train has a 20 minute delay because of leaves on the track

It makes me feel like I'm in the wrong country.

Its November for God's sake. I should be at home in front of a fire while the wind and rain howl outside like all good Irishmen.

Instead I was up at 6 this morning for a half hour in the Gym before a swim in the open air pool and its about 75F now.

(For those not keeping up, I'm on a business trip to Nicaragua)

Sounds familiar. Our crappy heat pump died about 3 or 4 years ago. Now we have a gas fireplace in the living room, but no heat anywhere else in the house and little hope of getting it fixed anytime in the forseeable future. And it was 26F(-3C), last night!

Cold and wet, I spent the weekend up around Mt Rainer and Mt St Helens, and it was windy, cold and raining all weekend, but on the up side it kept eveyone else except the hunters out of the woods. Now I think I'm going to take a long hot shower and crank the heat up in my bedroom up. But really I like the rain.

Blues skies for the past few days and crisp, cool air. Feels good. :D
