:LMAO: I like that, Jude!

Well, I'm back. :) And tired. Been up since 4 AM for no good reason, had too little to eat after a week of overeating, and my feet are killing me from all the walking.

Welcome back!

You're probably just tired from the time zone difference? It's good practice for when you come to visit us in Montréal :D

So did your feet get as tired from your trip to Edinburgh last year?

The time zone difference? Of course, that must be it.

My feet were definitely very tired (oh, the pain!) and I was glad not to have anything to do on the last day. We did a lot of walking and exploring, esepcially in Erfurt where we had never been. It is a lovely place and I definitely want to go again. It is a small city, really, but the buildings looks amazing. I am going to edit and upload some pictures later today, I think.

We got home quite late last night and the first thing I did was check out our shower because the shower hose had been replaced in our absence. Our old one was damaged and needed to go. I was really angry to find that although it had been replaced, we got a second hand one instead, it seems! It is dirty and it leaks despite being connected tightly. The first thing I did was complain to the letting agent this morning. When we had told them about the problem before we left, we did in fact offer to replace the hose ourselves - which would have been the more reliable option, it turns out now.
