I've cried a thousand oceans, and I would cry a thousand more if that's what it takes to sail you home.

I just started using a Firefox add on called Stumble Upon.

http://www.stumbleupon.com/

You check what interests you then it brings up random webpages that should interest you. Anyway, this was the first page I got:

http://www.breathingearth.net/

Fascinating and scary at the same time! :Q

I spent the last couple years renting shows like Arrested Development, Veronica Mars, Freaks and Geeks, Jericho, Wonderfalls, and The Critic, so I know how you feel. It blows when quality programs are canceled. Especially when you don't discover them until after the axe has fallen. :bawl:

Murder In Small Town X was an amazing reality show I wish so hard could have ran longer than it did. Obviously there would be a new cast every season, but the format was intriguing. I'd have tuned in every year. Boston Public just sort of disappeared after a while, and Dead Like Me was excellent. Those shows, I was actually around for when they aired, but at least the latter two got a few seasons under their belt, unlike everything else mentioned.

Wah.

I liked Arrested Development quite a bit, but you could also tell they were running short of ideas.
The show jumped the shark somewhere in season 2.

Oh, I think all of season 2 was gold. It was season 3 and the prolonged use of Charlize Theron's character that stank up the joint for me. I never felt that they were running out of ideas, but by S3, there was an obvious air of desperation. They really didn't want to be canceled.

Hey, the internet's a big place. Why not get suggestions for the fun type sites, right?

My "cure for boredom" folder in Bookmarks is the largest collection of links I have heh.

Hey *E*, since you seem to be able to find anything, can you find a graphic that mixes LOTR and Firefly (sort of like the Star Trek - LOTR hybrid that someone posted yesterday) kthnx

Shows what I know about sci-fi, I started looking for Farscape references. :doh1:

What LOTR/Trekkie hybrid? I'll send along anything I find, but if I know what you want, it may help. I've been seeing posts about LOTR actors lately as well as Nathan Fillion and Summer Glau, so one can cross their fingers!

fyt, another movie hybrid... that is to say there's a movie reference as well as some type of hybrid creature:
