The Museum of London (just east of St Paul's) has a good value cafe (or did last time I was there a year or so back).

I just adore the concept of washing Dirty Horseboys!

I've stayed at the "Strand Palace" the last three times. Very nice and very central, but I'll have to check the prices there yet. Next time I thought I'd look for a nice B&B location - http://bed-breakfast.de/index.asp?catid=0. There was one with kids in Jana's age...

Jewel, I think she'll prefer Hamleys to Harrods :)

Covent Garden is on my list anyway, as it is my favourite place, I never miss it, when I'm in London.

I've been to Camden Market with my mum years ago and I remember it was rather crowded. Should take the dog leash with me, then. :D Wasn't there a possibility to go there by boat?

St Martin's in the Fields, I've been to concerts there and last time they had a flea market. Gravestone rubbing sounds interesting....

Leoba, I've read that most museums cafes are nice. I'll give it a try.

And I wonder if she might enjoy the tree-walk in Kew. I thought about doing Kew Gardens and Hampton Court on one day.

If she's into arts and crafts, a trip to the bead shop in Neal's Yard might be a good idea... They have hundreds of different types of bead...
