Not enough. ;) You'll need to get a dictator as a leader, too. Preferably one with a long history of human rights abuses.

This is funny as is, but it's hilarious if you know enough Russian to understand what happened to the translation. Jude? Anyone?

Well, I can sound out the words but I don't know what they mean...

Well, the funny part is that this is a valid word by word translation.

Душа, emphasis on the last syllable, means soul. With the emphasis on the first syllable, it means "of the shower". The peculiarities of Russian grammar (I think that's a dropped copula) mean that the sentence "the cost of service of the shower is..." reads the same way as "the cost of the service is a soul" although it sounds different.

Also, Google Translate is powered by malignant gremlins that will use every chance to make a technically correct but completely inaccurate choice of words.

Good thing, too. Otherwise, The Tolkien Translation game wouldn't be half as much fun!

This one is too long to put in the the post. It's an extended version of that scene in the Hobbit when Legolas dissed Gloin's family. SFW, assuming you don't mind being found with the Hobbit stills on your monitor.

This is an actual, official PSA from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. They have others in the same style.

I don't know if this is endearing, or if we should be alarmed that they've been defunded and all they have left is a high school intern.
