Yes, awesome.

The whole series of flights to the moon over several years was a great example of "can-do" philosophy, and one of the great peaceful effects to come out of the Cold War--a better alternative than the arms race.

Under pain of death I ordered my mother to wake me up for the landing itself. It was something like 4am in the UK.
