I think I better get Chrome then, for when Steve uses my computer
I hated IE8 because I save a lot, and I mean a LOT of stuff to favorites. IE8 wouldn't remember which folder I was saving too, so I had to click and find the folder I wanted each and every time, even if I had saved something to it 3 or 4 times already. With IE7 it would remember the folder I had already used and just save straight to that.
Also, IE8 was slow in opening new tabs, and it always would open the new tab with suggestions. I'd much rather it open to a blank page. I did like the duplicate tab option, but frankly, I get the same effect when I click open new window, so I don't much care about not having that.
I only use IE cause I'm used to it, not because I have any affection for it.
My main requirements for an internet system is that it loads fast, remembers folders when I'm saving to favorites, and it opens new windows and/or tabs easily and quickly. Other than that, I'm not too bothered.
