I took the stars from my eyes, and then I made a map, And knew that somehow I could find my way back; Then I heard your heart beating, you were in the darkness too - So I stayed in the darkness with you

Soon you will see
All of your fears will pass away
Safe in my arms
You're only sleeping

I find F My Life to be more entertaining (though it can get depressing after a while).

What's up with the numbers before the texts on the Texts from Last night page?

TFLN is now officially my favorite website. (Thanks, TM!)

For anonymity's sake, they only identify texters by their area code. If someone else with the same area code responds, they're identified as ###-1.

I like MLIA - My Life Is Average. Almost like fmylife but the posts are more ironic and less whiny. :P

Ooh, that is a good site! MUCH more light hearted. I do find fmylife to be funny and sometimes shocking but after a bit it leaves me feeling sad and depressed.

MLIA is a nicer because you can relate to people in a funny way, not a depressing way.

I think the main reason I don't like TFLN is that most of it is about sex or alcohol...at least what I've seen. But then at least half of FML is as well which gets old too.

They're not all about sex and alcohol. Some of them are about X, pot or coke.

But hey, the most fertile ground for comedy is sex, drugs and alcohol.

There wouldn't be as much sex without alcohol.

Did you read all of the stuff about Gary the landlord on that site? :Q The guy even has his own website about it:

Ooh yes. :D And it might be worthwhile to check back regularly, since the case is still ongoing.

Sadly there hasn't been any updates yet on the situation with Gary, the psychotic landlord, but there's still lots of fun happening on emails from crazy people. Be sure to check out the one about the lawn chairs!

I was casting around to see if there was a weird overheard conversation thread. I couldn't find one but this is close enough.
Yesterday I took my 96 year old mother in law to the opticians. While she was being attended to I sat quietly in a corner in reception. The conversation of the two middle-aged women behind the sesk ranged far and wide and in doing so passed over the subject of masturbating rabbits.

:Q I've heard of masturbating turkeys but not rabbits.
