I'm going in as soon as my friend lets me know she's ready. Only 5 hours!

I have my cloak on...

*Sigh* I wish there were any bookstores open at midnight here where I live. The book is getting quite expensive if I have to travel to Oslo (and back!) to get it, just to win a couple of hours!

I do get a good night's sleep, though. ;)

Finished, and for those who haven't yet finished it, the ending is spectacular.

OMG, that was AMAZING!!! After 9 hours and 20 minutes of non-stop reading, I sit here crying and grinning like an idiot. I think that was the bravest author choice on who was to live and die EVER.

And it was very successful.

I'm about halfway through. I do want to keep reading but then again I don't. I'm not reading this one as quickly as I did the others. I want to make it last a bit longer.

I felt that same conflict while I was reading it! I wanted it to last, but at the same time I wanted to know what happened. So I tried to take my time, and read more slowly than I did the sixth book--but it was tough not to just skip to the ending. :D I knew I'd regret it if I did that, though.

If you went into the other HP thread that was clearly labeled "You bet spoilers" and then threw a hissy fit because you read something you didn't want to then you simply put are a dolt.

Anakin dies.....there I've spoiled it for all of you.

Soon you will see

Safe in my arms
You're only sleeping

no one I think... a continuation of a discussion off the board, about non-board people :)

It's not addressed to anyone but I have had discussion in RL with Hal about people who spoil stuff and then complain when the thread was clearly marked as such. Since you fully took the blame on yourself then clearly my remark doesn't include you. Funny how not everything is about someone specific but spoken in general terms :).

It's a comment that applies to anyone who ever enters a spoiler thread and then whines when they have stuff ruined for them. I saw the word "spoiler" and never clicked the button.

Be fair now. Your post came just after Eru's. Of course it looked to be about her.

Glad it wasn't. :)

I can't remember anyone whining about spoilers being posted in the other thread. But then, I did leave that thread just before hal started this one (thanks again hal, I really appreciate it :) ) so I may have missed something. :D I remember that Eru was upset that she accidentally read a spoiler posted there, but she never said that it was anyone's fault. And I did complain in general about copies of the book being posted on the internet as a whole ;) but don't recall saying anything about their being posted in the thread here, since it did clearly say "spoilers".

Have I mentioned that it's good to see you around, TehMary?

Actually my post is directly after Elsha's. Just sayin'. It really was just a general statement. No one threw a hissy fit in the other thread therefore they are dolt free.

*checks charter for old times sake* Nope nothing that says I have to make direct statements to a particular individual. I think we all know that I'm quite blunt and would have no trouble using names.

TheMary, you avatar! :LMAO:

Reminds me of a line from TDH, somethings about fleeing like Snape confronted with a bottle of shampoo. (Can't remember the exact wording, and don't have time to try to find it. But it was great. :D)
