That was merely the first article that came up. There was discussion of outright nullification with regards to Gay Marriage, Medical Marijuana, and Environmental standards. It's interesting to read (if you can stand it long enough) because you see Goldberg was - at that time - against it and thinking federalism is absurd.
But we're supposed to forget that now.
That is hardly anything that even begins to approach the level of Republican governors and other Republican elected officials who are engaged in the current silly talk. If that 'evidence' is the best those on the Right can come up with, case dismissed and closed.
