I've been reading Gardens Of The Moon which is the first book of this series, and I have to say that it is intriguing, yet I have trouble keeping the characters envisioned in my head. I'm nearly done with this book, and I have Deadhouse Gates and House of Chains in my possession. I'm just on the edge with the first book, and am debating on whether to start into second book or not. Anybody else read any of this series?

Afraid not Dwyn, but I have a friend who rates Erikson pretty highly.

Seems most everyone in my family has read the series but..... I was kinda put off by the huge character list they give you in the book. Not a good sign when they have to give you a cheat sheet to keep up with the story... :p

I hear nothing but good things about them however. Have the first 3 in my library on the " I'll get to you someday" list.

Ah yes, the "I'll get to you someday" reading list. Mine is huge. I have decided to continue on into the second book. I managed to focus on a half dozen characters and it made the first book more enjoyable.
