New year's resolutions: Actually start going to more concerts! I'm supposed to be some sort of a musician for goodness' sake, and I get €5 tickets to the symphony on a Friday evening because I'm a student. I've been able to get this discount for 4 and a half years and I've only availed of it twice! Disgraceful.
Also, avail of the free gym membership that comes with being in the college I'm in. Again, I've had this free membership to the gym for 4 and a half years and I've never been. :s

I'm doing pretty well. Down over 10lbs so far, and that includes a blowout weekend in London! :)

Ah, well that's the question really. If you were to ask Weight Watchers they would probably suggest 13st, or 14 at the outside. I'm aiming for 15st, or 16st at the outside. Given I started at 18st4lb thats still a significant target for me. I won't be happy unless I get to 16st, but my stretch aim is 15st.

I'm still not smoking, still running in the morning and walking at lunch, and am generally happy.

Good on you Alatar for working toward your goal! You'll make 15! :)
