I would hope so... The way I want to approach things, I'm looking more for consensus, than dissagreeing opinion...

For instance, I think we can all agree that PJ left out Gandalf's letter, and probably WHY he left it out... but we'll probably disagree about the posative or negative impact that had on the films... While I expect the latter part to come up, I don't want to go down each one of those paths again... whereas I'd like to understand the WHY in the first part...

I understand why the filmmakers left out Gandalf's letter ... but I still missed it. :)

Oh, and halplm, I think you are embarking on a very worthwhile undertaking. I will be most interested in watching it unfold, and hopefully participating in some of the discussion. :cheers:
