What a fucking disgrace. England came out in better form than in any previous match. I believe things would have gone a lot differently if that utterly redicuous call on Rooney hadn't been made. Fucking joke.

Lampard in the shootout: surprising? Nope.

Hargreves played an excellent match today though. I'm really happy for him.

Er I hate to say TWT, but the red card was very well deserved on Rooney...He planted his foot in someone's crotch...that hurts...and he did it right under the very nose of the ref. stupid thing to do if you want to hut someone do not do in in sigh of the ref...obviously

Hargreaves was fab :D

I was very surprised with the defeat of Brazil! whoa!

You seem to forget that in the 98 final France beat them 3-0.

You seem to forget that France have been playing like amateurs since then. ;)

Until the match against Spain, that is.

 to Nin, always.

Now I have discovered Cheryl Tweedy from Girl's Aloud. She was in the stand next to Posh Spice and is Ashley Cole's fiance. Both Estel and I agree the most attractive person we have seen this year.

Owen Hargreaves is a hero (never thought I'd say that)

Christiano Ronaldo is the spawn of satan

Why exactly is Hargreaves a hero? Genuinely confused here. What did you see that I didn't?

Ronaldo is a little twit. It makes me mad watching him and seeing how he gets angry at any little thing and his pompous attitude. Freaking twit

Well he was FIFAs man of the match.. but perhaps he only reached hero status because my expectations were so low!
