I did know that about you. And I could totally see (well, not picturing it visually but in an abstract sense of the word) you doing that.

The weather this winter reminds me why I love living where I do...we got a few frosts, a snow flurry or two, and other than that it's been pretty decent, without much rain either. I cannot complain!

Yov, I envy you for having a back yard you can have some privacy in! We've got a fence and a hedge around some of our yard, but the house next two us is very tall and they can see right into our area! Irritating...

Rain and grey here and now cold again. However, it's supposed to warm back up, and the rain has made everything turn green.

We have 3 acres which gives us some privacy, especially at night.

Several inches of snow here, after all that warm weather.

My upstairs neighbours can see directly into my back yard. Feel free to come here and sunbathe nudely, but expect to be uploaded to youtube before your session is over

A cool rainy day here. It stopped about the time it got dark, and the tree frogs started croaking. Tomorrow is supposed to be nicer. Hope so as I'm going into the city to shop. We'll see.

Highs are getting near 90 hear already so it's almost that time of year where you northerners get to make fun of me...

It was 86F here yesterday.

Days are nicer in the mornings, but it gets to near 30 by afternoon and the thunderstorms roll in by sunset.

Oh, we had thunderstorms yesterday and last night. They were awesome! It made me think that spring is truly here.

Too Much Rain!

The drought is officially over, but now flooding is a problem.

Yesterday it was our first over-twenty day, and we were finally able to have dinner outside.

And today it's... snowing.

Supposedly the weather up here north of Seattle is supposed to be above average temperatures for the next week. And I'm on vacation for a week! Yay!

Maybe I'll get some sunbathing in...

I got some sunbathing in yesterday! I was wearing a turtleneck, a thick hoodie, my purple, heavy winter coat, long johns, jeans, 2 pairs of socks, and hiking shoes. I put my hands in the pocket of my hoodie and covered my face with my ball cap.

We took a longish walk, yesterday. I was wearing Polartec and had my hands in my pockets most of the time. By mile 3, my ears felt half-frozen. We wondered how it was possible for the wind to be against us for almost the entire walk.

And this morning, I looked out and wondered why the drops of water on the edge of the bird feeder cover weren't falling, even though it was swinging wildly in the wind.
