I suppose I might have been wise in letting more than a minute pass before posting after you--if only to give others a chance to at least read your post. :P It's one of my favorite songs!

My turn! :P

I'm only listening to depressing music tonight so that's the type of lyric you'll get.

Take a photograph,
It'll be the last,
Not a dollar or a crowd could ever keep me here,
I don't have a past
I just have a chance,
Not a family or honest plea remains to say,

It's actually spelled "pompatus", a fact that was discussed back on... hell, I dunno, maybe page twenty-something.
This thread really is getting long, ain't it.

**edit**

As soon as I hit "Submit", I realized I coulda searched on the word "pompatus" and found exactly where it was discussed.
I still could. But I'm too lazy.

You know when there is a discussion of the proper spelling of a nonsensical word that we are truly truly geeks.... :damnfunny:

What's even geekier is that I looked it up on Wikipedia and posted what I learned way back on page whatever it was. :D

My apologies if this one has been used before. :)

Oh dance in the dark of night,
Sing to the morning light.
The magic runes are writ in gold
to bring the balance back. Bring it back.

Impatient, aren't you? :P

I hear in my mind
All these voices
I hear in my mind all these words
I hear in my mind
All this music
And it breaks my heart

Ok, from now on, one (work)week without anyone guessing and someone can put up a new lyric. Someone like me.

New lyric:
Lend me some suga',
I am your neighbor!

I just looked up the lyrics--no wonder I didn't recognize them, I hate this song more than I hate almost any other song I have ever heard. :P

I hate fuzzy bunnies too. :P

It gets horribly on my nerves! Every time I listen to it I want to pull my hair out. I think it's one of the most obnoxious things I have ever heard.

Fine, I'll make it real easy. Same song, clue #3:

Shake it like a Polaroid Picture
