Make an animated, best-selling, children's movie?

Ok, I'll try that first. Any ideas for plan B? :D

Nope! That's all I've got.

I'm assuming this is a bad thing as opposed to just an annoying thing or weird, creepy thing? What kind of ants are these?

If they all need to die, I suppose there are many ways to accomplish that. (It just does seem kind of brutal and sad, but, if they're harmful, I don't know of other options.)

Aphids have a special symbiotic relationship with certain types of ants, and if you've been following this thread you know that aphids prevented me from several years of blackcurrant harvests (thankfully it seems that they have been vanquished).

So I'd recommend getting rid of the ants if you want a tomato harvest.

Yeah, my tomatoes are doing terribly but I never saw aphids on them. Could they be damaging roots? Them or some other ant livestock?

When I was having trouble with aphids, I always found them on the leaves, not the actual fruit itself. Apparently they suck the sap out of the plant, so that berries are unable to form.

I guess this is one way of dealing with an ant colony. Seems a bit mean, though.

Fire ants are very mean creatures. Killing them wouldn't bother me a bit.

Those little monsters will bite you and then sting repeatedly while holding on with their mandibles. Each sting makes a little pustule.

I got stung more than a few times when I was in Army basic training way back when. I hate those things.
