I'll start thinking about flights in the New Year.

I has no money until then. :halo:

:damnfunny: I probably shouldn't be amused by that.

My observation of the day: Walking around the mall with a guy friend and a girl friend, as in, a trio of friends, gathers a whole different genre of looks than walking around with said girl friend.

And, it's interesting. At one point, the guy stopped to get a present for another one of his friends and we got looks like "Okay, which chick is his/Which chick is this for?" and it was fascinating.

At another point we were showing him some flavored body powder (and no, I do not know why the girl was showing him this!) and the saleswoman winked at me. I was like........... ":suspicious: No." but she was already gone.

Not all people in this world suck and they even still have some sort of decency.

The normally rather rude tram driver at 7 am actually stopped for me to let me in.
He even said have a good day when I got out.

 Such things make me cheerful

I had the opposite experience today. Most people seemed to be really bitchy, rude, and impatient. What is it about the Christmas season that brings out the worst in some people?

Without milk, this world would be a tragedy. Great things like chocolate cake, lasagne, pancakes and cookies would be worthless. We should all follow the Hindu example and make cows holy.

*Eating chocolate cake + milk* :halo:

Oh great. I just had some chocolate cake. Now I want some milk. But I'm too lazy to walk downstairs and get it. :P

Yes I was going to have some milk with lunch but then it was too far back in the fridge so I had orange juice because that was in front. :P

Now THAT is lazy.

Sometimes you have to be lazy to stay sane.

That would be a grave situation indeed. :(

Orange juice would be a poor substitute.

Pretty easily as there is already milk in it...

As to Eru's opposite post, we had a day like that just Tuesday. So much so that everyone deemed it "one of those days," seemingly every person that came in was exceptionally on task to be the rudest most impatient whiny customer on the Earth.
I dont know why some days you get nice people that come in and won't scream and curse at you for helping the customer that was there before them and actually say nice things like "oh no worries, take your time" and then the very next day you get people threatening to sue you () and stop doing business with you because of such trivial things.

Yes, I hate people with no common decency. Especially people who obviously can carry the ten pound bag of dog food because they got it up to the checkout counter but they can't carry it another ten feet to their vehicle illegally parked outside the store, and then get all pissy when I mention that there are six other people in line and there's no one else in the store who can help them right now.

:bang:

So glad I only have to worry about college right now. (Well, not right now since I finished this morning.)

And my observation: Sometimes the people you don't expect to be sweet/awesome really are and it's a surprise. :Q

A friend of mine went to a special doc who helps you into getting a healthier life... guess what he said?

(well, besides the usual no alk, no cigarettes, more vegetables..)

AVOID MILK !!!!! He claims that milk is very bad because it is destroying the bone structure and all the things about calcium is only good for kids. :Q

Guess why? He said there's a reason why milk is for calves and not for grown-up cows...   :help:

And, one of the chemical compounds that appears in milk was the main ingredient of a very strong glue during WWII.

I don't like milk much anyways, it's so...just eww.

That guy is a quack. Milk is good for you, regardless of whether you're an adult or a child. Click for an article on WebMD, or here for an article from Australia's Better Health Channel. There are plenty of health benefits to drinking milk.
