Loved it. Absolutely loved it!
If you have read the book, what I wrote below will not be a spoiler, but I'm putting it in white just in case. It also gives away the scene at which the movie ended, so if you don't want to know that then please don't read!

The movie was much darker than any previous one, but the actors did a fantastic job. It's clear that the three major characters (Harry, Hermione, and Ron) have significantly matured as actors since even the last one or two movies. I was also very impressed with the editing. Luckily, the fact that the movie was split into two parts allowed the screenwriters to include more detail, but they still couldn't keep everything. I thought the parts that they did keep were very judiciously chosen and I felt that nothing was missing from the book. There were some VERY scary parts, I thought, mainly during the scene at Godric's Hollow where Nagini surprises Ron and Hermione. The whole movie kept me on edge the entire time, just as it should have. My only disappointment was actually the very last scene, which was Dobby's death. When I read the book, I felt that this was a very powerful event, but I didn't think the movie showed it justice. It seemed rushed, and the emotions felt a bit contrived. Of course, there was also someone in the row behind me that was sobbing quite loudly throughout the entire scene, so perhaps I was too distracted to properly enjoy it. I will probably see the movie again at least once, so maybe my opinion about that scene will change upon review. Overall, however, I give this movie an A+!! By far my favorite of the HP films, and I enjoyed HP6 enormously so this one had a lot to live up to. It certainly delivered!
