What about receiving chiropractic treatment and weight lifting at the same time? I'm having to lift weights and run to get in shape for my summer job, but the Dr. said working out the back muscles could be going against what he's trying to do. He's saying that if I really need to work out, that work...

Well, actually i don't even have the money for the chiropractor...I'm using an old trick called "charging."

If I had money I'd work on the soft tissue, too.
