It's a tunnel AFAIK. Well, its a vacuum tube either way. So I guess it could be overground as well.

That's quite cool! It raises a lot of questions, though. Do you need a pilot's license to drive it? Flying lessons? Does it fly itself? Where is my robot maid?

Awesome! I would guess it's self-flying. I've thought for a while that the arrival of powerful automated drones should eventually usher in something equivalent to a "flying car".
