I was at a doctor appointment all afternoon and by the time I got back it was back up.

Disappointed to see the return of the resource limit error.

I've gotten that error message before, but not today. It usually doesn't last very long and is probably an indication of the server being temporarily down.

I am presuming yes, but I don't know for sure.

In any event I had a ticket all ready to submit, and then it came back up so I didn't bother.

Down again. I've submitted a ticket and told them that it is unacceptable. At some point we have enough bandwidth to do so, I will need to look into other options.
